By inserting Boveda® Humidity Packs into the patented holder in the pot lid, excess moisture is removed from the buds and they are hardened, but without drying out. Since the herbs in the tin, which is sealed airtight thanks to the thick silicone ring, are constantly exposed to an optimal humidity of 62% or 58% (depending on the humidity pack inserted), their shelf life is significantly extended. Proper drying and curing should not be neglected, because if the sugar and mineral particles (which are created during the decomposition that begins after the plant is cut) are not removed, the smoke will later burn unpleasantly in the throat. This shows that the grass has not fermented properly. The storage containers ensure ideal fermentation without you having to do much yourself.
