In order to optimally store aromatic herbs so that they do not become moldy, dry out or even lose their effectiveness, the humidity in the storage container should always be between 55% - 62%.

INTEGRA BOOST™ Humidiccant from Desiccare, Inc.™ uses a patented technology that either releases moisture or absorbs moisture on demand, maintaining relative humidity at 55% or even 62% in a closed environment. It is up to the user whether they prefer a slightly drier environment (55%) or whether they prefer more humidity (62%) - you are on the safe side with both, as both are in the ideal range.

Thanks to this 2-way regulation of moisture, the herbs have the best conditions during storage to maintain and even improve their effect, aroma, freshness, taste, smell and color (keyword: fermentation). The application is more than simple:

Simply place the Boost Pack in the storage container! Using the included indicator, you can immediately see when the relative humidity is no longer optimal and the Boost Pack needs to be replaced. The boost packs do not contain any salts, but rather a plant-based solution with glycerin and water. The packaging is printed with food colors so that there is no harm to the herbs. The boost packs are also biodegradable, tear-resistant and splash-proof, they remain flexible and prevent the contents from leaking out.
