A heating coil with an inner diameter of 20mm can be attached to the oil head made of robust quartz glass with a clear standard cut, so that the head can be heated evenly and comfortably. The risk of accidentally heating the cut is lower. Of course, you can alternatively use a burner to heat the head. Thanks to the tube that protrudes into the female cut, the smoke is directed directly into it. It's that easy: put your head on the top, put on the spiral and heat the pan, then use the appropriate tool to drizzle the oil or wax onto the pan and take a hit while steam develops! The head is made of quartz glass, which, in contrast to borosilicate glass, is permanently heat-resistant - retains heat better and longer. Signs of wear, such as those that occur with borosilicate glass due to frequent use and exposure to high heat, are generally not to be expected with quartz glass due to the low thermal expansion and high resistance to temperature changes. Attention: The oil head/oil nail may only be heated on the pan, otherwise there is a risk of the grind breaking due to expansion of the material.
